I write this at a time when the United States of America, Land of the Free is ranked 20th in the world for Countries with the most overall freedom.
The two-party system has failed us and 60% of Americans do not realize there is a third choice, or a fourth or even a fifth.
Libertarian Party - 3% of votes in 2016 (0.9% in 2012)
Green Party - 1% of votes in 2016 (0.3% in 2012)
Constitution Party - 0.09% in 2012
If just one of these could get 5% of votes, it would qualify them to equal Federal funding for the next Election Year.
